International Distributor Agreement (English)
A distributor is a person or company that is permanently entrusted with buying a principal's or wholesaler's goods and then selling them in its own name and for its own account. At the heart of this Distributor Agreement are, among others, the rules regarding possible territorial protection as well as restrictions on competition.
